Return & Refund Policy

At Elegant Designs, each jewellery piece is crafted and inspected with the utmost care. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images, and we will assist you with a replacement or refund after verification. Returns are accepted only if the product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. Customized or made-to-order jewellery is not eligible for return or refund. Approved refunds are processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and Elegant Designs reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
