At Elegant Designs, all orders are carefully processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation and dispatched following strict quality checks. Domestic deliveries within India typically take 3–7 business days after dispatch, while international shipping timelines may vary depending on the destination and customs clearance. All jewellery is shipped in secure, tamper-proof packaging, and tracking details are shared via email or SMS once the order is dispatched. Returns are accepted only in cases of damaged or incorrect products reported within 48 hours of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging; customized or made-to-order jewellery is not eligible for return. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection, and shipping charges are non-refundable
